Intellectual Property & Artwork Copyright
All botanical photography, fine art imagery, digital assets, and website content on luminaflorastudio.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Lumina Flora Studio. Purchasing a print grants the buyer a physical display item only and does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial licensing rights. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Products & Pricing
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Prices for our prints are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors accurately; however, actual colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor display settings.

Affiliate & Referral Program Terms

1. Program Participation
By registering for the Lumina Flora Studio Affiliate Program via our GoAffPro portal, partners agree to promote Lumina Flora Studio authentically. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion.

2. Unlawful Promotion & Coupon Aggregators
Affiliate codes and referral links must not be submitted to public coupon-scraping platforms, browser extension aggregator sites (e.g., Honey, RetailMeNot), or spam boards. 

Any commissions generated through automated coupon aggregators, unauthorized deal websites, or self-referrals (buying prints through your own link to gain a commission discount) are subject to immediate cancellation, and the associated affiliate account may be terminated.

3. Commissions & Payouts
Commissions are calculated on the net purchase amount (excluding shipping and taxes/VAT) of successfully delivered physical orders. Returned, refunded, or fraudulent orders will result in the forfeiture of earned commissions for that transaction.
